Belle joined OC March 2024, bringing with her a rich background in Biology.
Her academic journey began with an undergraduate degree in Zoology, during which she had worked with endangered animals around the world. After her undergraduate, she briefly ventured into the pharmaceutical industry which motivated her to do a masters in Infection Biology.
Not wanting to stay in the healthcare industry but wanting to continue apply her scientific knowledge, she went into R&D consultancy. This allowed Belle to use her specialist background in scientific innovation and experience in technical writing, whilst expanding her knowledge in client management and finance.
She was attract by OC’s company culture, which she saw as quite different to traditional accountancy firms, where suits are optional and everyone is free to just get on with the workload.
In her free time, she enjoys running and is currently preparing for her first 10k race. She also volunteers at City Farms.
