Over the next few years we are going to completely change the way that professional services are delivered.

We have a passion for technology and for making people’s lives easier. We hate red tape and bureaucracy and the stifling effect that it can have on people and business. We are setting out to automate financial processes and thus remove the need for the expensive professional advisers who perform the routine compliance functions within the SME sector. We are looking for people with a similar passion to make people’s lives easier to join our team.

Our focus, for now, is on building a client portfolio that is rich and diverse so that we will have an excellent platform to develop tools that SMEs really need. Over the next few years we will develop applications that will see more and more SMEs survive and thrive.

We have an amazing track record helping clients. We have helped many clients survive really difficult times and helped many more grow and flourish without the need for expensive financing or through diluting their shareholding with outside investment. We have a brilliant core motivation and an ethic that drives us to put the success of our clients’ businesses at the heart of everything we do.

The SME sector is and has long been suffering from something we call ‘over compliance’. That is the inability to protect and defend itself from the complexity and bureaucracy that is ‘the system’. For example, HMRC is the most prolific mover for insolvency in the SME sector, accounting for more than 40% of all winding up orders. Considering this sector is responsible for employing more than half of the UK working population and bringing in well over half of total UK GDP we think that it deserves considerably more support and attention.

We specialise in supporting great businesses through a modern and radical approach to everything – from how they build their teams to how they develop and use their intellectual property, and from how they optimise and manage their taxes (and other costs) to how they can seriously reduce bullshit bureaucracy and choking red tape.
